The owners liken the company to an elite level sports team and if you are not elite, you will definitely be exposed. Kudos for the leadership team in identifying and addressing the issues right away. The owners understand that improvements can be made all across the company and just needed a little breathing room to go from being reactive to proactive. It's been a roller coaster of a ride, but I do believe we are headed in the right direction. Other non-essential meetings have been relegated to the afternoons to free up as much work time in the morning for all of the team members, which helps reduce unnecessary interruptions for those who need to be hyper-focused.ĭuring my time here, I've learned much about the company, how we do things, our ideals and most importantly, why we do things. We normally begin our day with our Daily Standup as most teams in the company have adopted some variation of Scrum methodology. Hire an actual Exec team that knows what they're doing. It's just a large scale Affiliate Marketing company. They just sell you supplements that they don't actually use themselves and talk about how they're amazing. Really it's like watching a slow motion train wreck. It's basically a group of the kids who sit in the back of the class and talk about how they took "$1000 and turned it into this company" and every time something in the company is going sideways and people are miserable they give you the same excuses in a never ending cycle. This is really just a team of Bros who have no idea what they're doing at any point in time. But I can promise you I can go on for hours. No pay raises in YEARS for anyone during some of the most economically challenging years in US history. No feedback REAL for professional development.ġ0.
